My Story..........

There was a time in my life when healing felt out of reach. At 24, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis while living in Brescia, Italy. I was attending night school for beauty therapy and teaching English during the day. I lived in a small apartment with my mother and her companion — full of dreams and potential, but completely unprepared for what lay ahead.
At first, I tried to manage the illness the only way I knew how — the conventional way. Medications became a staple, flares a constant threat. I traveled across countries chasing specialists, hoping one of them might hold the key to my healing. But despite their best efforts and my own determination, my health continued to decline. Eventually, my colon became so inflamed and damaged that it had to be removed.
Losing my colon felt like losing a part of myself. I underwent multiple surgeries, including the creation of a J-pouch, and I lived with an ileostomy for a time. Each procedure came with its own physical pain and emotional toll. I was in survival mode — managing hospital visits, navigating surgical recoveries, and facing complications I never imagined I'd have to endure.
And then, life added another layer: I became a mother.
Raising small children is demanding in the best of circumstances — doing it while healing from surgery and battling unrelenting fatigue was a mountain I wasn't sure I could climb. I had little energy to give, often feeling like I was running on empty while trying to be everything my children needed.
Doctors told me this was my new normal. That I should be grateful just to be alive. But deep down, I knew there had to be more. I didn't just want to survive — I wanted to thrive.
That's when I began to look beyond conventional medicine. I dove headfirst into the world of functional medicine, determined to understand what my body truly needed. I studied, researched, experimented. I learned how to read my own labs, how to nourish my body from the inside out, how to support my immune system and restore my gut — even after losing my colon.
And slowly… something incredible happened. I started to heal.
My energy returned. My mind became clearer. I felt stronger, more connected, more alive than I had in years. And most importantly, I became the mother I had longed to be — present, vibrant, and capable.
This experience didn't just change my health. It changed the course of my life.
I trained in functional medicine and became a health coach to help others find the kind of healing I once thought was impossible. I now support people all over the world who are navigating chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, fatigue, and burnout. I offer them something I wish someone had given me: hope, tools, and a path forward.
Healing is not linear. It's messy, unpredictable, and often lonely. But I'm here to tell you: it is possible.
You are not broken. Your body is not your enemy. With the right support and the right information, you can heal — even if you've been told otherwise.
This is my journey back to health. And I'm here to walk alongside you as you begin yours.
