PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

I do not take Medical Aid/ Insurance due to the in depth level of service you receive. However, I DO Accept EFT or Credit Cards.
The first appointment is not an intake appointment, so we will not discuss your labs etc. I will review everything with you in depth when we work together.

The purpose of the questionaire and discovery appointment is to discuss your health situation and help you determine the NEXT BEST STEPS to feel your best!
If you schedule an appointment and need to change the time, please send an email to reschedule. No shows/no-answers will not be able to reschedule.
