About me.
After years of being chronically ill with Ulcerative Colitis and having undergone 16 surgeries, I knew I had to take my Health into my own Hands.
Thousands of hours researching, studying and through trial and success I am now the Healthiest person I know.
It has become my life mission to support and guide others on their journey to the same ultimate Health.
As a Certified Functional Health Coach I have created a 6 month program customized to suite each individual in achieving their health goals.

After my husband passed away from undiagnosed jaundice and liver failure, I was terrified when my 11 year old son got jaundice too. He was hospitalized and the medical staff was unable to bring his bilirubin levels down to normal.
When you kindly offered to take him under your council and in just a few days his liver count was back to normal, I was blown away.
